Why we started this business
Our business grew out of our love for all animals. We understand the special bond between pets and their owners, and we want to encourage that kind of love in everyone.
Animal ownership is a rewarding responsibility. That is why we continue to ensure our customers are well-educated and understand the obligations required to keep a pet happy and healthy. From providing information and guidance about all things pets to offering a wide selection of high-quality supplies, Sarah puts you and your best friend first.
The Pet shop
My Name is Sarah, and I am the owner of J and S Pet Supplies.
I run all the online side, such as the social media, website, blog, and online inquiries. So if you have ever messaged us, it has probably been me you have spoken to!
I opened the pet shop because I couldn't find the treats that I wanted for my pets, and after doing a little bit of research, I found I wasn't the only pet owner who felt this way.
I wanted to expand my knowledge of raw food and natural treats and found that is shop was the way to do it!
I have three pets of my own: Luna, Pepe, and Poppy.
They all think that it's great that mum (me) owns a pet shop because they get to meet all the dogs and owners that come in, as well as get first try at any of the new treats we have.

Sustainability
At J and S Pet Supplies, sustainability is at the core of our values. We strive to be as eco-friendly as possible by reusing all packaging materials from our deliveries for online orders. While your package may look unique, it's our way of reducing as much waste as we can. We make every effort to reuse and recycle, although at times we may need to source new packaging for specialised orders. Rest assured, we prioritize sustainability in all aspects of our operations.
