Customisation
Any changes to the boxes should be added as a note, failure to do so within reasonable time will result in no customisation availble.
Customers may be able to select preferences such as dog size, toy style, or dietary requirements where available.
While we will always try to accommodate preferences, customisation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies, intolerances, and pet suitability at the time of ordering.
We cannot guarantee that products have been produced in allergen-free environments.
Some seasonal, limited edition, or promotional items may not be customisable.
If no preferences are selected, boxes will be packed with our standard product selection.
We reserve the right to substitute products with suitable alternatives of equal or greater value where necessary.
