To ensure your parcel arrives in optimal frozen condition, we ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24 whenever possible. In some cases, depending on delivery distance, we may hold your order until the following Monday to avoid extended transit times and maintain product quality.
All parcels are carefully packed in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs to keep the rolls frozen throughout delivery. Some minor thawing may occur, but this is perfectly normal as long as the majority of the rolls
